Who Must Die is an awesome horror adventure simulation game by White Chamber. You are replacing a doctor, charged to find who, among the three patients, is the one that is contaminated. To do this, you can use a whole range of experiments to be performed on the sick. You can also ask the guard to do the dirty work for you. Explore, search, make your choice and observe directly the result of your investigation.
