Adam Warlock – A synthetic being created by human scientists to become their ideal template for a new race of humans who would one day rule the Earth.
Ant-Man – A brilliant scientist in the Marvel Universe, often associated with the Avengers.
Arizona Annie – A character from Marvel’s western comics.
Attuma – A villain featured in Marvel – Ultimate Alliance. Primarily a Namor villain, he teams up with Doom’s Masters Of Evil.
Beta Ray Bill – A character that appears in Marvel Comics.
Betty Ross – Girlfriend of Bruce Banner.
Black Bolt – The leader of the Inhumans.
Black Panther – Marvel Comic’s second modern black superhero and the former lover of Storm.
Blade – Half-Vampire and Half-Human, he has all of their strength and none of their weaknesses.
Bowman – A member of Hydra who dresses and fights like Hawkeye.
Captain America – A superhero from Marvel comics.
Captain America 2099 – Roberta Mendez is the Captain America of the year 2099 and the leader of the Avengers.
Captain Marvel – Carol Danvers is a superhero from the Marvel Universe. She was an Air Force officer who was transformed after having her DNA mutated by a Kree Psyche-Magneton device.
Carnom – A merging of the Carnage and Venom symbiotes, created specifically for Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2.
Charlie-27 – A member of the Guardians of the Galaxy on Earth-691.
Chipmunk Hunk – A supporting character of Squirrel Girl.
Cosmo – A hyper-intelligent, telepathic cosmonaut dog who runs the Knowhere, a science station that serves as base of operations for the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Crystal – A member of the Inhumans and the younger sister of Medusa, Queen of the Inhumans.
Darkhawk – When Christopher Powell found an amulet from space, he became encased in the Darkhawk armor.
Doctor Octopus – A scientist who turned to a life of crime, using a set of four flexible mechanical arms originally designed to assist in scientific research and labwork.
Doctor Strange – The current Sorcerer Supreme of the Marvel Universe. He gains his powers from his cape and his magic amulet.
Dormammu – A character from the Marvel Universe. He was once a human wizard from an alternate dimension, but soon conquered the Dark Dimension and gained unmatched mystical power.
Drax the Destroyer – A fairly significant character in Marvel’s cosmic universe.
Eddie Brock – A character in the Marvel Universe best known as Venom. He became Venom when he was joined with an alien symbiote life form and was one of the most fearsome enemies of Spider-Man.
Ego the Living Planet – A sentient planet in the Marvel Universe.
Enchantress – God Of Asgard and weilds vast magical power
Eson – One of the Celestials of Marvel Comics.
Flash Thompson – One of the original Spider-Man characters, known for bullying Peter Parker in his high school years.
Forbush Man – An absurdist Marvel character.
Gamora – An adoptive daughter of Thanos.
Ghost Rider – The name of several supernatural heroes that use chains as weapons and ride a mystical motorcycle.
Gorgon – The cousin and close ally of Black Bolt.
Grandmaster – A mysterious being who enjoys manipulating superhero teams into fighting each other to the death.
Groot – Big tree like alien who is part of the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Gwen Stacy – The first love of Spider-Man.
Gwenpool – A girl who traveled from the “real world” to Marvel’s Earth-616 to become a superhero, and ends up becoming a assassin instead.
Hawkeye – A member of the Marvel supergroup the Avengers. He is a skilled archer and fighter.
Heimdall – The Marvel Universe interpretation of the guardian of the Bifrost Bridge to Asgard, home of Thor.
Hela – The Asgardian goddess of death.
Hellcow – A vampire cow sired by Count Dracula himself.
Hit-Monkey – A Japanese macaque assassin.
Hobgoblin – A Spider-Man villain.
Horus – Marvel’s version of the Egyptian god.
Howard the Duck – A character by Marvel comics.
Hulk 2099 – John Eisenhart was irradiated by a Hulk-worshipping cult in the year 2099.
Hulkling – A superhero who is half Skrull, half Kree.
Iron Fist – Danny Rand delivers vigilante justice for a paycheck.
Iron Man – Billionaire playboy, The Invincible Iron Man.
Kamala Khan – A Jersey City teenager turned Inhuman.
Kang the Conqueror – Marvel Universe villain who aims to reshape his past to save his distant future.
Karnak – A martial artist Inhuman who has the ability to see and exploit structural weakness in any object or being.
Klaw – A Dutch scientist and archenemy to Black Panther. He has a gun on his arm that turns sound into images.
Koi Boi – A fish-themed superhero who is a supporting character of Squirrel Girl.
Lady Spider – A steampunk superhero from the year 1895.
Living Mummy – A living mummy.
Living Totem – An alien with a totem pole-like appearance which crashed in the Southwestern US.
Lockjaw – The pet of the Inhuman royal family.
Loki – Norse God of Mischief, Brother of Thor, Odinson.
Luke Cage – A Marvel superhero with indestructible skin and steadfast principles.
M.O.D.O.K. – A supervillain from Marvel Comics.
Maestro – In a possible alternate future, the Hulk becomes an evil ruler known as the Maestro. Seizing control of a nuclear devastated and superpower starved world, this ages old behemoth is both brains and brawn.
Man-Ape – A villain who constantly attempts to usurp the Wakandan throne from Black Panther.
Man-Thing – Guardian of the Nexus of All Realities in the Marvel Universe.
Maximus – The maniacal brother of Black Bolt.
Medusa – Queen of the Inhumans in the Marvel Universe. She has full psychokinetic control of her long red hair.
Miles Morales – The new Ultimate Spider-Man, after Peter Parker died in a shark-jumping battle with the Green Goblin.
Misty Knight – Mercedes “Misty” Knight was formerly an NYPD officer, who is now a Hero for Hire.
Morbius – A force of good and evil in his time.
Mysterio – A villain from Marvel Comics. He is recognized by his large fishbowl helmet and his use of illusion.
Nebula – A space pirate who believed that she was the granddaughter of Thanos.
Nick Fury – The leader of S.H.I.E.L.D., a government agency that keeps track of superhuman activity.
Phantom Rider – There have been several characters in the Marvel Comics universe to have the name Phantom Rider. They changed the name to Ghost Rider when they introduced the motorcycle-riding hero.
Ravonna – A princess in the 40th century and wife of Kang the Conqueror until her death.
Red Hulk – Red Hulk is just like Hulk, but he is actually evil.
Red Wolf – A Native American superhero.
Rocket Raccoon – A Marvel Comics superhero, an alien raccoon who’s a highly skilled tactician and weapons specialist.
Ronan the Accuser – Supreme Public Accuser for the Kree and therefore responsible for enforcing the laws and decrees of the Kree Supreme Intelligence.
Scorpion 2099 – Kron Stone is an enemy of Spider-Man 2099, whose DNA was crossed with that of a scorpion in a lab experiment gone awry.
Scott Lang – The second major incarnation of Ant-Man.
She-Hulk – A super-heroine in the Marvel universe. She gained her powers from a blood transfusion with her cousin, Bruce Banner, aka the Hulk.
Shou-Lao – A dragon who bestows great power upon anyone that can kill him.
Silk – Cindy Moon was bitten by the same radioactive spider that bit Peter Parker.
Spider-Ham – An alternate dimension version of Spider-Man.
Spider-Man – Armed with the ability to climb walls and enhanced strength, Spider-Man uses his powers to fight evil and protect the innocent.
Spider-Man 2099 – Miguel O’Hara was injected with an addictive drug that would kill him if he didn’t work for the company supplying that drug.
Spider-Man Noir – Alternate reality Spider-Man set in the 1940s.
Squirrel Girl – Marvel Universe character with the power to control squirrels.
Stan Lee – The creator of many of the most famous characters in the realm of comic book characters.
Star-Lord – A son of a human mother and alien father who leads the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Stingray – Oceanographer, Engineer, Avenger, Mercenary.
Super-Adaptoid – A member of the New Enforcers with the power to shapeshift and adopt others’ powers.
Surtur – Fire demon lord of Muspelheim and enemy of Thor and Asgard in the Marvel Universe.
Tactical Force – A member of Hydra who wears a suit of armor similar to Tony Stark’s.
Taserface – An enemy of the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Thanos – A purple Titan from Marvel Comics.
The Hulk – A well known Marvel Comics character possessing limitless strength and endurance as his rage builds.
Thor – The Marvel Universe version of the Norse God Of Thunder.
Throg – A college football star who was cursed to become a frog.
Triton – An aquatic Inhuman and a cousin of Black Bolt
Ursa Major – A Russian mutant who can transform into an anthropomorphic brown bear.
Valkyrie – A powerful Asgardian warrior from the Marvel Universe.
Vision – Android created by Ultron, who turned good and helped defeat him.
Vormund – AKA Hauptmann Deutschland, is essentially Captain America’s German counterpart.
Vulture – A villain in Marvel Comic’s Spider-Man Series.
Wasp – Janet Van Dyne is a founding member of the Avengers and the first female member of the team.
White Tiger – The sister of Marvel Comics’ original White Tiger.
Yondu – A member of the Guardians of the Galaxy.
